The LaboACE LC-7080 II offers simple and intuitive automated event programming.
Operators can easily set up events such as repeated sample injection, removal of unwanted peaks, recycling, and fraction collection.
A new feature, Peak Detection, automatically collects fractions when peaks begin to appear.

PC-Controlled Scale-Up (NEW)
Two software packages are preinstalled in the LaboACE LC-7080 Plus II.
“JAI Scan” acquires chromatograms, while “JAI Control” enables full PC control of the system.
Based on acquired chromatograms and recorded operational events (Injection / Recycle / Collection), users can easily program repeatable purification processes for seamless scale-up.
Improved Purity and Yield (NEW)
The further optimized recycling flow path delivers enhanced purity and yield.
Highly purified compounds can be obtained with high recovery in a shorter time, especially when used in combination with JAIGEL-HR series GPC columns.
Peak Detection
Automatically collects fractions as peaks begin to appear, based on time, peak height, and/or peak slope.
This ensures reliable collection of target peaks.
Multiple Injection Options
Manual injection and a repeat injector are provided as standard.
The repeat injector is a direct automated sample loading system, ideal for large-volume injections or repeated injections of the same sample.
Accurate Fraction Timing
The delay between sample detection and fraction collection, caused by system delay volume, is automatically calculated to ensure precise timing.
Auto Cleanup Function
Automatically cleans the internal flow paths.
The auto cleanup function, combined with the patented non-diffusion recycling system, prevents residual contamination within the system, enabling you to obtain ultra-pure compounds with confidence.
It also makes solvent replacement much easier.
Recycling Preparative Chromatograph (Patented)
The system is equipped with a non-diffusion recycling system (patented) that prevents samples from flowing back into the solvent line, eliminates baseline drift and peak broadening, and avoids detector damage caused by back pressure.
This design protects detectors, columns, and your valuable samples.
Manual and auto injectors, along with a 9-port auto fraction collector, are integrated into a compact system design.
Up to two detectors (UV and RI) can also be installed within the LaboACE unit.
The 11.6-inch touch panel allows anyone to easily operate the LaboACE system, from solvent delivery to fraction collection.
