High resolution GPC column

JAIGEL-H series

Highly cross-linked polystyrene/divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) packed column suits perfectly for recycling preparative HPLC. Maximum sample amount of injection at a time is up to 300mg with 2 JAIGEL-H columns connected in series. JAIGEL-H-40 has wider inner diameter (40mm) and 4 times more samples can be injected at a time.

Cross-linked methacrylate polymer packed SEC column can apply for wide range of applications, using acidic and alkaline solvent as well as organic solvent. Depends on the polarity, it can be SEC (Size Exclusion) or adsorption and partition mode.

Revere phase columns

JAIGEL-ODS series

ODS-AP is a general reverse phase column, packed with highly pure silica gel bonded ODS and end-capped.
ODS-BP is a reverse phase column for hydrophilic compounds such as saccharide, peptides, nucleotides, organic acids and herbal medicine.

Packed with methylated pore size 120Å silica gel enables elute hydrophobic compounds out quickly. This is also effective for hydrophilic compounds in aqueous solvent in comparison with conventional ODS column.
