High speed and solvent interchangeable organic GPC Columns

▮ JAIGEL-HR Series

JAIGEL-H series columns have an established reputation and now have a new generation called JAIGEL-HR and JAIGEL-HR Plus.
 
The original JAIGEL-H series has flow rate of 3.5 mL/min and the new JAIGEL-HR series has 4 times faster flow rate of 15 mL/min maximum.

 
It also has higher throughput and higher resolution that increase amount of sample per injection.

 
In addtion, it has capability of solvent interchangeability.

THF, DMF, Ethylacetate, Dichloroethane, Chloroform, Toluene, Acetone, Hexane, NMP, DMAc, DMSO, Dichloromethane, o-DCB, MEK, HFIP, Xylene, Cyclohexane, Pyridine, CHCl3/MeOH 50/50, DMF/MeOH 80/20 etc.
 
Compatible solvents in JAIGEL-HR
THF, DMF, Ethylacetate, Dichloroethane, Chloroform and Toluene
* DMF can be used in JAIGEL-2HR 2.5HR 3HR 4HR and 5HR. However, DMF is not compatible with 1HR.
 
Pre-column
Precolumn is a guard column to protect performance and efficiency of preparative column.
It is placed before main columns and has similar fillers as JAIGEL-HR series.
 For 20 mm ID column, JAIGEL-HR-P (8 mm ID x 40 mm)
 For 40 mm ID column, JAIGEL-HR-40P (20 mm ID x 50 mm)

High speed & Low Adsorption Organic GPC Columns (Chloroform or THF)

▮ JAIGEL-HT  Series

In size-exclusion separations, certain compounds may adsorb onto the gel, causing peak tailing or incomplete elution, which can adversely affect separation performance. The JAIGEL-HT Series columns are designed to minimize such adsorption effects, providing improved peak shape and recovery compared with the JAIGEL-HR Plus Series. In addition, the JAIGEL-HT Series supports high flow rates of up to 10.0 mL/min, enabling faster separation and fraction collection compared with the JAIGEL-H and HH Series. (JAIGEL-1HT: up to 7.5 mL/min)
 
Standard packed solvent : Chloroform or THF
The JAIGEL-HT series can not change solvents from the packed solvent at factory.

Possible solvent in JAIGEL-HR Plus : In addition to THF, DMF, Ethylacetate, Dichloroethane, Chloroform and Toluene, JAIGEL-HR Plus are compatible to Acetone, Hexane, NMP, DMAc, DMSO, Dichloromethane, o-DCB, MEK, HFIP, Xylene, Cyclohexane, Pyridine,
CHCl3/MeOH 50/50, DMF/MeOH 80/20 etc.
 
* DMF can be used in JAIGEL-2HR 2.5HR 3HR 4HR and 5HR. However, DMF is not compatible with 1HR.
