Outline
Curie point pyrolysis works by an induction heating of ferromagnetic
foil called Pyrofoil. Samples wrapped into the Pyrofoil are
pyrolyzed in less than 0.2 sec.
Feature
When a Pyrofoil is placed in a radio frequency field, the
foil due to induction heating, will rise to its Curie point
temperature. That is the Curie point temperature of this particular
alloy at which the Pyrofoil loses its magnetic properties.
Specification
♦ Available pyrofoils range: 160°C to 1040°C
♦ The temperature raise time: Less than 0.2 sec.
♦ Accuracy of the temperature: Less than ±1.0°C
