Outgas Collector for evolved gas from structural components.

Feature
•Easy to be carried into a clean room, then collect
  outgas from structural components.
•Due to a lining method using disposable aluminum
  foil in a sampling cup, there is no cross contamination
  from the remaining previous sample.
•The attached vacuum pump can realize easy ceiling
  of the aluminum foil.
